From post-production studios to Technology Program Management for PwC Tech Consulting and Comcast's Engineering platforms, my path has given me a systems-thinking lens for how organizations plan and deliver work. I’ve gone from leading individual technical programs to designing portfolio systems that help Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams operate with transparency, accountability, and data-driven precision.
I’ve spent over 15 years scaling delivery systems for digital media and streaming organizations. My work blends Technical Program Management, Portfolio governance, operating model design, and AI-driven automation—all focused on enabling transparent, cross-functional, data-led decision making.
